I recently lost over 100 pounds, and I want to use my experience to help others struggling with their weights. I first tried dieting alone, but it wasn't until I began exercising that the pounds really began coming off. Not only does exercise burn calories, but also I found that it helped keep my appetite down. I want to start my blog off by answering a question I get asked a lot: What exercise plan is best for weight loss? I wish there was an easy answer to this question, but the truth is that the exercise regimen that will work for you is the one you enjoy and can stick with. If you like to run, then go for a run. If you would like to exercise at home while watching TV, then buy an exercise bike. I plan to share many more tips, so check back often!
